Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will drive large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, providing strategic leadership across engagements and shaping client transformation agendas.

This role requires strong executive relationships and the ability to accelerate growth within EY's BTG practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, govern multiple workstreams, and steer strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of consulting/insurance/enterprise transformation experience.
8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA) or similar PAS.
Strong life/annuity value chain knowledge (product configuration, underwriting, policy administration).
Experience with multi-vendor, multi-workstream delivery models and Agile/SAFe.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure program success and client satisfaction.
Build trusted C-suite relationships and oversee governance forums and steering committees.
Direct multiple engagements across complex client portfolios and drive revenue growth.
Lead talent development, succession planning, and high-performing teams.
