Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead client engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, drive growth, and deliver large-scale transformation for life insurance, group benefits, and retirement providers.

The role involves shaping operations, technology platforms, and customer experiences to create sustainable business value, serving as a trusted advisor to client executives and overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs for life insurance clients.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
Mentor consulting teams and support talent development.
