EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead complex insurance transformation engagements. You will drive strategy, roadmap delivery, and program governance across life, annuity, and group benefits platforms.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and mentor consultants while delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services tech, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing client relationships in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Advise senior business and technology leaders with clear insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate multi-vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Guide clients in evaluating out-of-the-box capabilities and long-term platform sustainability.
• Establish governance, milestones, and reporting to strengthen transparency and accountability.
