Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice in the US. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, guiding strategy to implementation across multidisciplinary teams and vendor ecosystems.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and ensure achievement of measurable business outcomes. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10+ years in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading large‑scale insurance transformation programs across multiple vendors.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders and align stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into delivery strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee end‑to‑end requirements, design, integration, data migration, and release readiness.
• Mentor consulting teams and foster inclusivity and continuous improvement.
