Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join EY’s Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives, driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams and vendor ecosystems.

You will translate business objectives into practical roadmaps, establish governance, and ensure end-to-end solution alignment while advancing platform modernization and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformational programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, or comparable PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financial performance, resources, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies, transformation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee platform configuration, data migration, testing, release readiness, and cutover.
