Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformations, guiding programs from strategy through implementation and adoption.

You will partner with senior client leaders and multi-vendor teams to deliver measurable business value and scalable platform solutions. You will mentor teams, drive governance, and apply Agile/SAFe practices to ensure successful outcomes while supporting EY’s growth in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services tech, or enterprise transformation.
At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS) such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, or comparable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes.
Translate objectives into delivery strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across client, EY, platform vendors, SI, and third parties.
Oversee end-to-end platform configuration, data migration, testing, release readiness, and cutover.
