EY is seeking experienced professionals to help insurance clients transform with technology and data-driven solutions in the US. You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and implementation plans for complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field and 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements; alternatively, a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field and 3+ years of work experience defining business and technical requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience advising property/casualty insurers
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team of business/technology analysts
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica
• Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, data flows, modeling, testing strategies, and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and guide change

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk for client programs
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and implementation plans
• Collaborate with engagement teams and mentor junior resources
