Job summary

EY is seeking professionals to drive technology-enabled transformation for insurance clients worldwide. You’ll translate business needs into technology solutions, align requirements with architecture, and support remediation and risk mitigation.

You’ll work with engagement teams, mentor junior staff, and leverage data insights to drive improvements across claims, underwriting, policy and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services advising insurance carriers on personal/commercial lines.
• 2+ years of supervising teams through all technology life cycle phases.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and business analysis standards.
• Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, data flows, and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture with client teams.
• Analyze requirements and align with technology architecture and vendor plans.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with diverse client teams and strategic partners.
• Contribute insights from data sources to validate solutions and identify new opportunities.
