Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3+ years in Property & Casualty Insurance or consulting.
• Experience with insurance technology implementations and integration.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements and map to architecture and data models.
• Experience delivering system implementations across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions for clients.
• Support engagement teams with analysis of business requirements and alignment with architecture and implementation plans.
• Contribute to remediation and mitigation of process risk where required.
