Job summary

EY is seeking a talented consultant in the US to lead technology-enabled transformations for insurers. You will transform business problems into technology solutions, support risk remediation, and guide engagement teams through requirements, architecture, and implementation across multiple insurance domains.

The role requires deep expertise in financial services, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff within a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of requirements definition experience if Master’s degree, or 5+ years otherwise.
• 3+ years at a financial services company or advising insurance carriers on lines of business.
• 2+ years supervising a team of business/tech analysts through all life cycle phases.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Cognos or Informatica.
• Proficiency in coordinating system and vendor selection, requirements definition, and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk and align requirements with technology architecture.
• Assist engagement teams with analysis of business requirements for architecture and implementation plans.
