Job summary

EY is a leading professional services firm helping clients in the Insurance sector transform with technology-enabled programs. You will work with clients to translate business problems into technical solutions, spanning requirements, architecture, data migration and implementation, including remediation of process risk.

The role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant field with years of insurance tech experience.
• Experience with core insurance tech platforms and system integration.
• Ability to define and translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementation across project life cycle.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions and support remediation of process risk.
• Assist engagement teams with requirements, architecture, vendor selection and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to ensure alignment of technology with business needs.
• Contribute to design, data mapping, migration and testing across projects.
