Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant work experience in financial services and technology
• Progressive experience defining business and technical requirements in a financial services setting
• Experience leading teams of analysts through full technology life cycle
• Strong knowledge of insurance technology platforms and data/BI concepts

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and system architectures
• Collaborate with architects and client teams to design and deliver solutions
• Guide clients on process improvement, risk remediation, and technology implementation plans
• Lead engagement teams and mentor junior resources in a collaborative, inclusive environment
