Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned insurance technology professional to lead and deliver technology-enabled transformation programs across the insurance industry. You will work with clients to translate business problems into actionable technology solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across advisory, risk, and implementation services.

Role emphasizes guidance on architecture, data design, and system integration, with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience; or Master’s with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with insurance technology systems and implementation life cycle.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, integration and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk in client engagements.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and infrastructure; assist vendor selection and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
