Job summary

EY is seeking a client-facing technologist in the US to drive technology-enabled transformation for insurers, working with the Financial Services Organization. You will translate business needs into architecture-aligned solutions, guide implementation, and help optimize processes across delivery teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with diverse client teams, travel to sites as needed, and applying cutting-edge analytics and integration practices within EY's hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm.
• Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, requirement definition, architecture design and integration.
• Experience in delivering system implementations through all project life cycle phases and in applying software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions and support remediation of process risk.
• Analyze specific business requirements for alignment with architecture and technology plans.
• Assist engagement teams with vendor selection and implementation planning.
