Job summary

EY is seeking a senior IT/Business Analyst to join its Financial Services Organization. You will work with insurers and banks to transform business problems into technology solutions, guiding architecture, data, and process design across engagements.

In this role, you’ll mentor junior analysts, collaborate with client teams and vendors, and help manage risk through rigorous requirements and implementation planning. A strong foundation in BI, data, and agile methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years in financial services or advisor to P&C insurers.
• 2+ years leading a team of analysts through all phases of the technology life cycle.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system and vendor selection, architecture design, BI/decision support, PMO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations.
• Travel to client site as necessary.

• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk for engagements.
• Assist teams with requirements analysis, architecture, and implementation plans.
• Liaise with vendors and client teams to align technology with business needs.
