Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 3+ years experience in defining business and technical requirements.
- 3+ years in financial services or advising insurers on personal/commercial lines.
- 2+ years managing a team of analysts through all lifecycle phases.
- Experience with Guidewire, OneShield or similar software is required.
- Ability to define business/technical requirements and design architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations.
