Job summary

EY is seeking a senior insurance technology consultant to transform business problems into technology solutions for financial services clients. You will analyze requirements, align them with architecture, and guide project delivery while mitigating process risks.

You will lead diverse teams of business and technology analysts, mentor staff, and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver value. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years of relevant financial services experience or insurance carrier advisory.
• 2+ years of managing a team of business analysts and technology analysts.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Strong abilities in translating business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
