Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3+ years of requirements definition experience
- 3+ years in financial services or advising insurance carriers
- 2+ years leading a team of analysts through all lifecycle phases
- Experience with multiple insurance tech apps (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical specifications with architects
- Advise on business process services and technology solutions
- Lead engagement teams and mentor junior resources
- Support data sourcing and tooling decisions for project success
