Job summary

EY is seeking a senior business analyst/consultant to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, guide architecture design, and collaborate with client teams to implement solutions across policy, billing, claims, and data management.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in financial services or P&C insurance advisory, strong leadership, and experience with Guidewire and related tools, plus a track record in agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years defining business and technical requirements or a Master's with 3+ years.
• 3+ years of experience at a financial services company or advising P&C insurance carriers on personal/commercial lines of business
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team through all phases of the technology life cycle
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica
• Proficiency in system and vendor selection, architecture design, and BI/decision support

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions with client engagement teams.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and implementation plans.
• Provide insights from data sources to confirm requirements and identify new opportunities.
