Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Insurance Technology Senior Analyst to lead business/technical requirements translation and alignment with architecture through the technology life cycle.

You will work with clients on transforming business problems into technology solutions, mentor teams, and deliver insights from data sources to validate strategies. This role supports a hybrid client-facing model with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field and 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements; alternatively, a master7s degree and 3+ years of work experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team of business analysts and technology analysts through all phases of the technology life cycle.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a financial services company or advising insurance carriers on personal or commercial lines.
• Knowledge of the listed insurance software systems and data/BI tooling.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and BA documentation standards.
• Strong written and verbal communications for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients to translate business problems into technology solutions and architecture design.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with technology architecture and implementation plans.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with client teams and third-party alliances.
• Provide insights from diverse data sources to validate solutions and identify opportunities.
• Support client engagements across multiple stages of the project life cycle.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.
