Job summary

EY is seeking a senior consultant to drive insurance technology-enabled transformation programs for clients worldwide within the Financial Services Organization. You will guide projects from requirements through architecture and delivery, partnering with client teams and internal specialists.

You will leverage platforms such as Guidewire and other industry tools, translating business needs into technical designs, while mentoring junior resources in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with focus on IT/business analysis and 5+ years defining business and technical requirements.
• Experience in financial services domain, or advising insurers on personal/commercial lines.
• Leadership experience managing teams of business/technology analysts through life cycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis, architecture alignment, and implementation planning.
