EY is seeking a seasoned insurance technology consultant to drive transformation programs for global clients. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, guide architecture and data management, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver architecture and implementation plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field and 5+ years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements; or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
3+ years of relevant experience at a financial services company or advising insurers on personal or commercial lines.
2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team through all life‑cycle phases.
Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
Proficiency in system and vendor selection, requirements definition, architecture design, BI/decision support, PMO.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architecture solutions.
Support remediation and risk mitigation through technology implementations.
Collaborate with client teams and vendor partners across architecture, data management and integration projects.
Lead or mentor junior resources and contribute to an inclusive, innovative team environment.
Travel to client sites as necessary.
