Job summary

EY is seeking seasoned business/technology analysts to transform client requirements into robust technology solutions within the financial services sector. You will collaborate with architects, engage with stakeholders, and guide project delivery across multiple domains.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field and have 5+ years of experience in defining business and technical requirements, with 3+ years in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years in financial services or advising insurers on personal/commercial lines.
• 2+ years leading a team of analysts through all phases of the technology life cycle.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield or similar systems.
• Proficiency in vendor selection, architecture design, BI and PMO.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications with architects.
• Advise on process improvements and risk remediation for clients.
• Lead cross-functional engagement teams and mentor juniors.
• Support clients with data-driven decision making.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.
