Job summary

Howden is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing U.S. business in South Carolina.

The Account Executive will serve as a key point of contact for clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating the delivery of insurance and risk management solutions. Depending on experience, this role may support Property & Casualty, Health & Benefits, or a combination of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance and employee benefits.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty and/or Health & Benefits products.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable insurance or benefits strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and serve as primary contact for insurance needs.
• Work with Producers and brokers to support client retention and growth.
• Coordinate renewal processes and develop renewal strategies.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to deliver solutions.
