• Experience in commercial insurance or employee benefits is preferred.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate into practical insurance strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients as a primary contact.
• Coordinate renewal processes, development of renewal strategies and timelines.
• Collaborate with Producers, brokers, carriers and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead or participate in client meetings and stewardship discussions.
