• Follows up on outstanding items to close requests within SLA.
• Develops knowledge of Paychex products and industry policies.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements with leadership.
• Demonstrates intermediate skill with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Documents all interactions.
• Mentors less experienced teammates.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization.
