Job summary

Paychex in the United States is seeking a customer service professional to support one or more Paychex products. Under moderate guidance, you will deliver quality service via phone, email, chat, and other channels, while ensuring customer relations are strong and issues are resolved fairly.

You will develop knowledge of Paychex products and processes, follow SLAs, document all interactions, mentor teammates, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience delivering quality service via multiple channels is beneficial.
• Ability to document interactions and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to ensure completion within SLAs.
• Maintains knowledge of Paychex products and policies.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and works with leaders to implement them.
• Demonstrates intermediate skill with systems and software such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Documents all interactions and serves as a mentor for less experienced teammates.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization and organization.
