Job summary

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver high-quality service.
• Consults with clients to identify opportunities to enhance service experience.
• Keeps advanced knowledge of Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies and implements large-scale process improvements.
• Shows advanced skills with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, ORS.
• Represents the team on projects and initiatives.
• Mentors less experienced teammates.
• Documents interactions to improve service.
