Job summary

Paychex in Arizona is seeking an associate to provide customer service for Paychex products. You will use prescribed guidelines to maintain customer relations and resolve claims fairly, while building knowledge of processes and clients. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and you will support teammates as needed.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats, follow SLAs, and document all interactions. The role offers extensive training and opportunities for growth within Paychex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with Paychex products and policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with SLAs.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of Paychex products and industry policies.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and collaborates with leaders.
• Demonstrates intermediate skill with systems and software packages (HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, ORS).
• Documents all interactions and maintains accurate records.
• Mentors less experienced teammates.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization and organization.
