Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role emphasizes timely issue resolution and adherence to service level agreements while utilizing Paychex software and processes.

The successful candidate will maintain a basic working knowledge of Paychex products, input data accurately, and document all client interactions to ensure reliable service delivery. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in accordance with SLA.
• Documents all client interactions.
• Uses systems and software packages such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
