Job summary

Paychex is seeking a customer service professional to support a single Paychex product under significant guidance, ensuring good customer relations and fair handling of claims and complaints.

You will provide quality service via phone, email, chat, and other avenues, develop basic product knowledge, use HRIS/Salesforce/Flex/Core Advanced/ORS, input data, and document interactions. An Associate's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single Paychex product.
• Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all interactions.
