Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred (1–2 years).
• Strong communication skills and comfort with outbound calls and asking for the sale.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with follow-through.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare quotes, explain benefits, address objections, and close sales.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Maintain relationships via ongoing communication and follow-ups.
• Use CRM to track leads, activities, and renewals.
• Work toward individual and team production goals.
