Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communicator with persuasive relationship-building skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and closing sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and sustain lasting client relationships through exceptional service and tailored insurance reviews.
• Sell and cross-sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products.
• Consistently achieve personal and agency sales goals.
