The Aaron Budnick Agency in Owosso, MI is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people and achieving goals. This is a hands-on role with training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within the Farmers Insurance network.

You will generate new business through outbound calls, assess client needs, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other policies. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and making outbound calls.
• Motivated by goals and commission-based earnings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with consistent follow-through.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, leads, referrals, and networking.
• Identify customer insurance needs and present Auto, Home, Life, and other products.
• Prepare quotes and sell policies.
• Follow up with leads and seek the sale.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activity.
• Build relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Aim for individual sales goals and contribute to agency production.
• Develop product knowledge through training and coaching.
