AAA Club Alliance in Roanoke, VA is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. You will offer personal lines, small commercial, and life products, while partnering with insurers and underwriters to deliver the right coverage.

Applicants should be able to generate their own leads and live within commuting distance of Roanoke. In addition to base compensation, this role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path for internal career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and serve as liaison between client and insurer
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA members
