Job summary

AAA Advantage in Richmond, VA is hiring for an in-office insurance sales role. Base compensation is $45,000/year with uncapped commissions and forecasted first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000. Top performers may earn additional incentive trips and bonuses.

You will build a book of business, onboard with a 4-week training, and access a robust platform for prospecting and client outreach. A comprehensive benefits package is provided for full-time Associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and acts as a liaison between client and insurer
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals
