Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Midlothian, VA is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. This is an in-office role, requiring commuting distance to Swift Creek, VA.

Base pay $45,000 with uncapped commission; forecasted first-year earnings $60,000–$85,000. Opportunity to build your book, earn renewal income, and access incentives; training via Salesforce and EPIC will be provided.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Swift Creek, VA.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and acts as a liaison between the client and the insurer.
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referral sources, including realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals.
