AAA Club Alliance is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. You will maintain carrier partnerships and develop leads via referrals, serving clients while acting as a liaison between clients and insurers.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement across Delaware, OH, Marion, OH, and remote days, with a base of $45,000 and uncapped commission.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, acting as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, bankers, businesses, and AAA members.
• Meet metrics and contribute to sales goals while representing AAA Club Alliance.
