Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate own leads.
• Sales and client relationship development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurers and underwriters; liaise between client and insurer.
• Develop leads via referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealers, banks, and AAA members.
