AAA Club Alliance in Freehold, NJ seeks Insurance Sales Agents to identify client needs and offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. This in-office role focuses on building your book of business, renewal income, and leveraging inbound leads via a Salesforce platform.

Base pay ranges from $45,000 to $52,000 per year with uncapped commissions; first-year earnings are forecast at $60,000 to $100,000, plus trips and incentives for top performers.

Formación

• In-office role; reside within commutable distance from Freehold, NJ.
• 2+ years of sales experience meeting metrics.
• Ability to network and generate own leads.
• Property & Casualty license and Life license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and carrier/rater platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurer representatives and underwriters.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
