Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and tailor a portfolio of personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products. You will develop your own leads, leverage partnerships with carriers and underwriters, and collaborate with clients to deliver optimal coverage.

This in-office role requires residency within commutable distance of Sioux Falls, SD, and offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with high earning potential in the first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with meeting set metrics.
• Experience networking and prospecting to generate own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; liaise between client and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, lenders, dealerships, banks and AAA referrals.
