Job summary

AAA Club Alliance seeks an Insurance Sales Agent to work in-office from Worthington, OH. You will identify client needs, recommend personal lines, small business, and life insurance, and liaise with carriers and underwriters while building your referral network.

The role offers base pay and uncapped commissions, with forecasted earnings and incentives, plus a path into retention and coaching roles. Your success will depend on drive and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position; reside within commutable distance to Worthington, OH.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment with meeting set metrics.
• Experience networking and prospecting to generate leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, bankers, businesses, and AAA members.
