Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in West Hartford, CT is hiring Insurance Sales Agents for an in-office role. You will identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, while building your own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealers, and AAA members.

Candidates should have 2+ years in sales, a Property & Casualty license (Life license preferred), and experience with Salesforce or EPIC.

Qualifications

• In-office role; reside within commutable distance from West Hartford, CT.
• 2+ years of sales experience meeting metrics.
• Experience networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, liaising between client and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, lenders, dealers, and AAA members.
