Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Wheaton, IL seeks a full-time insurance sales professional to own sales and service of branded and brokered products. You’ll identify client needs, build relationships, and drive growth through community networking and referrals.

Role emphasizes consultative selling, licensing requirements, and a performance-based earning plan with ramp-up incentives. On-site in a fast-paced branch with standard hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license must be obtained.
• Active Life and Health Insurance Sales license required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk and recommend solutions.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies in line with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members to support satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop new business through referrals, events, and community engagement.
