AAA The Auto Club Group in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Specialist. You will own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial offerings within a busy branch.

This role emphasizes building relationships, community engagement, and referrals to grow the book of business, with ramp-up earnings support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking).
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsabilités

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow the portfolio, negotiate effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies in line with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
