Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Peoria, IL seeks a full-time on-site Sales Agent to build a client base and drive revenue through insurance products, memberships, and financial services. You’ll receive base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up earnings support of 2,500 as you grow your pipeline.

Responsibilities include sales execution, policy reviews, and community engagement to generate referrals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow the portfolio, close sales, and meet targets.
• Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, support customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Engage in local events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
