Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Rockford, IL is hiring a full-time sales associate to sell and service Auto Club Group insurance products, memberships, and financial services. You will build relationships with members, identify needs, close sales, and drive growth through referrals and community networking.

This on-site role offers base pay plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, 401(k) with company match, PTO, tuition assistance, and AAA membership

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling and servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG’s insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
