Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a full-time sales professional to grow member and client relationships through outbound outreach, referrals, and community engagement. The role combines insurance and financial product selling with service, retention, and cross-sell opportunities, backed by ramp-up earnings support and a structured incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting rules.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients; drive customer satisfaction.
• Engage in local branch and community events to prospect and expand referrals.
