Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to obtain Tennessee P&C and Life & Health licenses (reimbursed).
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: utilize agency-provided leads and outbound workflows to connect with individuals, families, and businesses in the Chattanooga area.
• Cross-Sell Product Lines: advise clients on Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Commercial insurance options.
• Provide Expert Consultations: assess client needs, explain coverage, present quotes, and enroll new policies.
• Build Client Loyalty: deliver top-tier service to establish trust and generate referrals.
• Maintain Activity Levels: meet daily call, quote, and application targets with CRM records.
