Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Tennessee.
• Life and Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Demonstrated success in sales or direct client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand insurance needs.
• Educate on how products protect families and assets.
• Draft and present quotes aligned with budgets and risk profiles.
• Maintain an active presence in the Chattanooga office to collaborate with the local team.
• Provide ongoing support to current clients as coverage evolves.
• Engage in local networking to grow the agency’s Tennessee presence.
